Information on article 13 of D lgs 196/2003.

The law D.lgs. n. 196/2003 deals with the protection of personal data. According to this law, the handling of data shall follow principles of correctness, and transparency and the protection of Your privacy and Your rights.
In accordance with art. 13 D.lgs. n.196/2003, we state:
